Share your request
Choose a service in the price calculator or contact me directly. Tell me what you are looking for, your preferred timing and an initial budget range. The calculator gives a starting estimate; it is not a final quotation.

Complete the project brief
After the initial inquiry, I will share the bilingual project brief. It covers your business, audience, goals, references, required deliverables, content, timing and decision process. If something is not yet clear, leave it open and we can discuss it together.

Review and define the scope
We review the brief and confirm the deliverables, formats, schedule, fee, included review rounds, payment milestones and any exclusions. New items outside this scope are quoted separately and only added after your approval.

Approve the proposal and begin
You review the proposal and agreement before work starts. The agreed start date, first payment and any materials needed from you are listed up front. Work begins when the agreed kickoff requirements are complete.

Develop and approve the direction
I develop the agreed creative direction and present the work at the review points set in the proposal. Your approval at each key stage keeps the project aligned before we move forward.

Review and refine
The proposal states how many revision rounds are included. Please send one consolidated set of feedback from the project decision-maker by the agreed date. A new direction or additional deliverable may change the fee and schedule; I will confirm the change with you before proceeding.

Complete payment and receive your files
The final invoice follows the payment schedule in your proposal. Once the agreed balance is paid, I deliver the approved files in the formats listed in the scope, using a private delivery method. Editable source files are included only when specified. Third-party fonts, images and assets remain subject to their own licences.

Share feedback after delivery
After delivery, I will invite you to share a private rating and feedback about the collaboration. Your review helps improve the process. Your name, project or comments will only be shared publicly with your permission.
What keeps the project on track
Timing and communication
The proposal lists the project milestones and delivery dates. Delayed content, approvals or payments may shift the schedule. We will use the contact channel agreed for the project and keep decisions in writing.
Fees and rights
Your proposal and agreement state the payment methods, schedule, cancellation terms and usage rights. The price calculator is an estimate; your approved proposal is the reference for the project.
